LAWN PARTY - One of the great satisfactions of building this environment was that some day it would be put to use for others to enjoy the site as much as myself. This is the case in fact with preparations for a benefit for the Valley Children's Hospital on one of our magnificent summer evenings, with dinner - dance and orchestra. I have had many such parties to benefit charities and the University on this main terrace. However, there were times I enjoyed the solitude of a Sunday brunch in front of the fireplace on the studio terrace.
